You open the portal the night before, not the morning of: call time, address, hotel, and what time the trucks land. Arrival is one tap, and it queues on the device when the dock has no signal, so a building made of steel does not cost you a check-in. During the show the live cue is the same pointer the caller is moving, filtered to your department, with a countdown to the one that is yours. A driver's version of the same day is the show picker, then the run — the load list by layer, the dock space, and the duty clocks. The roster is the other half of the story: how your name got on the show in the first place.

The cue that is on air, a timer on it, and how many cues away yours is — filterable to your own department. When it is not sure what is live it says 'Connecting — checking what's on air' rather than showing you a cue it is guessing at.

Firing a cue
The phone reads the pointer the caller is moving. It never moves it.
Scanning gear
Not from the crew portal. The gear view there is read-only and says so in the product; scanning is the shop's screen.
Reporting your location
No crew location is ever sent. A driver — not crew — may opt in to share their phone while the run is open, and it stops when they switch it off.
The money
Rates and margin sit on the event record. Your rate is between you and whoever booked you.

Working fully offline
The offline queue is narrow on purpose: check-in, check-out, field notes and live notes queue and replay. Issue photos and other writes need a connection.
