Put a card on file for travel
Booked travel has to charge something. One card, entered by the owner, in one place — so nobody books a flight by handing their own card to a producer.

The owner adds the card.
It is the only place in the product a card is entered, and it is an owner's screen rather than a producer's.
Approved bookings charge it.
A booking is worked up against the show and the traveller first. What you approve is what gets ticketed, on that card.
Without one, nothing books.
Nothing is quietly held, deferred or ordered on account. The product says the card needs linking to book, and stops there.
A demo company never ticket.
A company set up to try the product runs against sample offers. The confirmation is marked on its face as the sample it is, no money moves, and no seat is bought.
No picture. This screen only exists behind a real card on a real company, so every honest photograph of it is either empty or somebody's actual payment details.
