Producer — what you open

You sold the week and you answer for it — to the client in the room and to the number afterwards. Not the truck and not the desk, but on show day you are the one who decides what gets cut when the afternoon runs long, and whether the change the client just asked for is a yes.

WhereSidebar > Sales Ops > Pipeline

  1. Pipeline.

The week as a deal before it is a date: proposals by stage, with the value on the card.

  2. Clients & Vendors.

Who you are selling to, what you have run for them before, and the vendors the show leans on.

  3. Event Details.

Where the deal becomes a show — dates, venue, and the budget lines everyone else works to.

  4. The run of show.

Blocks, segments and the department on every cue, read against what the client bought and against the clock. You decide what goes when it runs long; the caller runs what is left.

  5. Event finance.

What this event is making: labour, trucks and consumables against what it was sold for.

Sales Ops Pipeline: a five-stage deal board with proposals on it and a win rate
Sales Ops → Pipeline. Five stages, the deal board, and the win rate across them.
