Work the dock
Four vendors each think they are first on the dock. The board is the answer, and it is the same board the shop and the drivers are reading — which is the entire point, because two dock plans is how somebody ends up on the wrong side of a lift.

Check the day's runs.
Every run carries the window it loads in and the window it lands in. A truck with no trip against it is flagged rather than assumed.
Hold arrivals in the yard.
Trucks that have arrived with no door yet sit in the yard. It is a waiting list, not a parking record — nothing lives there.
Drag a truck onto a door.
Move it on the board and everyone reading that show sees it move, on the dock and on the phones, without anyone refreshing.
Scan it off the liftgate.
Pull, pack, load and return are tabs on one portal. A phone camera reads the code and so does a handheld.
Watch the case counters.
They run beside the portal, per truck. You find out a case is still on the deck at the dock, not at soundcheck.
