Software Controls

The company's own switches: who can do what, which behaviours are on, and the log of what changed. It is the screen you open when somebody asks why the product did something.

  1. Check the audit log first.

Changes to the critical records are logged with who and when. Most “why did this change” questions end here.

  2. Alert rules are per company.

The rules behind the dashboard's alerts are yours to tune — they are computed live rather than run on a schedule.

  3. Feature switches and rollouts.

Behaviours can be turned on for the company or for a slice of it. A kill switch beats a rollout.

  4. Reports land in one inbox.

Bugs and requests from anywhere in the product arrive in the same place, and a person reads them.

No picture. These are administrative screens on a live company and every capture of them shows either real operator data or an empty tenant — neither is honest to ship.
