Software Controls
The console for the people who run PhaseOps itself, rather than the switches for your company. It appears only for site administrators, it reads across every company on the platform instead of the one you are signed in to, and most people never see it. Your own settings are under Company Settings.

This is not your company's settings screen.
Everything here spans every company on the platform. Your own roles sit under Company Settings and your alert rules are set on the Command Center, and nothing on this console reaches either.
Who is on the platform.
Companies, the accounts inside them, and the invites nobody has accepted yet. A company is suspended and restored rather than deleted; an account can be suspended too, or retired outright — which ends that login for good and leaves the person on the roster with everything they logged. There is no way to sign in as somebody else.
What they are paying.
Plans and seat entitlements on one screen, revenue and invoicing on the next. A price change is confirmed before it is written, and it is recorded.
What is being shipped.
Feature rollouts, the “What's new” notes the app shows, and the bug and feedback reports that come back from the field. Two things here reach users: publishing a note, which sends them something, and switching a feature off, which takes one away and tells them so in as many words. Neither deploys anything.
Overview and the audit log.
Overview reads platform health live — a service that is configured but has never actually run reads idle rather than green. The audit log is the read-only trail of what the console changed, and there is no edit or delete path through it.
No picture. This console only exists against the live platform, so every honest capture of it is either real operators' data or an empty screen — neither is honest to ship.
