Your first hour
You have just been let in and the company is empty. This is the shortest path from that to a show on the board — four things, in order, none of which you should have to guess at.
Name the company.
You get one, and it locks once you set it. Changing it later is an approval request rather than a text field, because every asset number, every invite and every sheet in the system carries that name.
Add your warehouse address.
A company holds as many named addresses as you run out of. They come back everywhere an address is asked for, so nobody retypes a loading dock at 06:00.
Set your own profile.
Your name and contact details are what the rest of the company sees on a call sheet. Do it now, while it is one screen, rather than during a show week.
Then invite your crew and open a show.
Those are the next two articles. Everything after them hangs off the show record you create.
No picture. Company creation is a screen you see exactly once, and the only honest photograph of it is an empty form — which is the one thing we will not dress up as the product.
